TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply.

Contracts are verbal, unless otherwise requested by the client.

Contracts can only be negotiated between myself and a parent or guardian if tuition is required for a student under eighteen years of age.

Payment is per session either by cash or cheque. Payment will not be requested for a cancelled session, if at least twenty four hours notice is given. For lessons cancelled on the day the normal hourly fee will apply, unless the cancellation is due to illness or other mitigating circumstance.

Tuition may be cancelled by either party at any time.

Under no circumstances will I answer a students homework, or give model answers to coursework projects. I will however cover the background theory and techniques where relevant for a given piece of homework.

I am not able to guarantee success, and will not be held responsible if a student fails to follow my advice, including failure to complete the set homework exercises given.

All information on my students is treated with the strictest of confidentiality under the terms of the Data Protection Act, registration number Z4917079.

An enhanced criminal records (CBR) check can be provided on request.
